The NEW EASY (Easy Access System) liner system from American Weldquip can drastically reduce the amount of time for liner changes. Liner change-outs can be accomplished in less than half the time as compared to conventional liner systems.

Fast and Easy Installation

The new EASY liner is a two-piece system that is easily installed from the front of the torch. The liner is positively seated in the rear feeder pin by means of a special retainer.

There is no need to retract the wire or remove the torch from the wire feeder. Just remove the front end consumables, remove the old liner through the gooseneck, feed the new liner over the weld wire, push through the length of the torch until seated in liner retainer, trim liner to proper length, reinstall consumables - You’re ready to go.

Eliminate Hassles and Reduce Safety Issues

Unlike conventional liner systems, you do not have to remove the torch from the feeder. The EASY front-load system allows you to change the liner from a safe area within the robotic cell. In most cases you can change the EASY liner from outside the cell. This means no more climbing or bumping your head on tooling etc.

The EASY Liner system is designed to be installed in most American Weldquip torches from .030"(.8mm) to 3/32"(2.1mm) wire diameters up to 25 feet(7.62m) cable length.
