The RCS-1000 Robotic
Nozzle Cleaning Station offers a complete solution for precise and
effective spatter removal and nozzle cleaning in robotic applications.
Integrated features allow the
easy use with any make and models of robotic equipment.
The Thru the Cutter Spray system helps to reduce cycle time
which is important in high speed robotic welding environments.
The robust design of
the RCS-1000 provides the following features:

Quick and Easy Installation
- Quick disconnect fittings and electrical connections provide easy
installation.
Adaptor
plates available for exact installation when replacing competitive
equipment.

Electronic Cycle Control
- Electronic Cycle Control gives you precise timing and programming of
the reaming/spray cycle.
In
addition, adjustable flow control valves are provided for speed control
of the up/down ream cycle.

Adjustable Center Spray
- An electronically controlled venturi spray system provides application
of anti-spatter thru the center of the cutter blade.
Clamp, Ream and Spray in one location to reduce cycle. A flow
control valve provides for more exact control of anti-spatter
application.

Adjustable 3-Point Clamping System

The precision 3-point systems allows for
exact align of the nozzle to the cutter blade every time.
The adjustable v-Block accommodates any diameter nozzle.
No need to change out expensive V-Blocks.

Easy Maintenance
- Quick access at rear of the unit for fast repair or maintenance.
We use quick disconnect air
fittings for easy removal of pneumatic
parts.
Functional test
buttons for spray and reamer operation allow fast testing of components.
Most individual parts are “off the shelf” meaning you can
purchase from local part supply houses.

Dual Cutting Blade
- manufactured from tool steel and hardened to guarantee long life.
The dual cutting blade design provides additional cleaning action
and increased durably even in high weld spatter environments.

Optional Wire Cutter
- The WC-1000 pneumatic wire cutter is designed to remove the ball end
of the welding wire for consistent wire stick-out and provide smoother
arc starting.
The WC-1000
can be easily mounted in a remote location or directly n the RCS-1000
Nozzle Cleaning Station.
The WC-1000 can be used with all make and models of robotic equipment.
Manual Nozzle Cleaning Station
The MCS-500 Manual Nozzle Cleaning Station offers a complete solution
for precise and effective spatter removal and nozzle cleaning in manual
semi-automatic applications. Just insert nozzle into the holder and push
down.
An air motor rotates
the cutter blade to effectively clean weld spatter for the interior of
the nozzle.
Place the torch
nozzle in the integrated spray nozzle for anti-spatter application. The
robust design provides the following features:
