Nozzle Reamer Blades

The American Weldquip nozzle reamer blades are designed for replacement on AWQ and other manufacturers OEM  (Tregaskiss, Binzel, Nassarc, ELCO, Tweco) nozzle cleaning station equipment. 

All blades are manufactured from tool steel and hardened to guarantee long life.  The dual cutting blade design provides additional cleaning action and increased durably even in high weld spatter environments.

  In most cases when using genuine American Weldquip consumables with a 5/8 bore nozzles you can ream and clear spatter accumulation past the gas holes.  This helps reduce the possibly of gas flow restriction due to excessive spatter build up on the gas diffuser.  Select the proper blade ID and length from the below chart.
