(1) Robotic Mig Welding Guns

Standard goosenecks available in straight, 22�, 35�, 45� and 60� in either 300 or 400 amp, air-cooled or 500 amp, water- cooled. Special custom necks/torches also available.

Over a decade of engineering and field experience has produced an extremely reliable, low maintenance robotic torch. Threaded nozzles and standard, heavy-duty components yield exceptional consumables life and tool-center maintenance.

A design breakthrough in the water-cooled Advantage Series torches has resulted in a water-cooled torch without the maintenance issues associated with traditional water-cooled torches.

(2) Mounting Brackets

Standard mounts available in straight (90�) and 23� (shown). Special mounts are available custom tailored to your requirements.

CNC machined from aluminum bar stock to guarantee uniformity and rigidity. All brackets incorporate our unique, "Flange-Lock" torch mounting feature. Compatible with EOA,
Rumble, Tregaskiss, Tweco and Applied Robotics.

(3) Collision Sensor

Available with light, medium or heavy springs; stiffness is infinitely variable when connected to shop air.

The collision sensor (clutch) signals the E-Stop in the event of a collision, shutting down the robot and avoiding costly damage to system components. The sensor trips @ 0.1" of movement and resets to � 0.001 ". The unit attaches to the robot wrist with an insulating adaptor available for all major robot brands.
